    • The perceived importance of coaching and mentoring is on the rise. Since last year, there has been an eighteen percent increase in the number of respondents who agree or strongly agree that coaching is an important practice in their organization, and a sixteen percent increase in those who feel the same about mentoring.
    • Forty percent of respondents have relied on virtual coaching and mentoring to a large degree due to the increase in hybrid/remote work.
    • Only 46% of respondents agree or strongly agree that they provide specific training in coaching skills to leaders/managers, and even fewer (41%) say the same for mentoring skills.

    • Almost all organizations (94%) have some sort of rewards or recognition program. However, only 34% of HR professionals surveyed rate the effectiveness of their organization’s rewards programs as high or very high, leaving most organizations with room for improvement.

      • the necessary budget
