This webcast will discuss the results of the HR Research Institute’s “Future of Employee Well-being 2024” survey, conducted from February to May 2024. The survey covers various aspects of employee well-being, including mental/emotional, physical, work environment, financial, career and social.
Some of the focus areas will be:
- today’s trends and their impact on employee well-being
- most common employee well-being initiatives
- effectiveness of organizations’ well-being programs
- strategies to enhance your organization’s well-being initiatives
- expected trends in well-being practices
We will look at the various offerings that employers are using to promote these types of well-being, including everything from virtual health care and flexible work arrangements to EAPs and financial education.
Then we will move on to how effective these programs really are. Are they measurably impactful? We will also look at the impact of the workplace itself on employee well-being. For example, we will investigate the causes of negative stress, from overwhelming workloads to employee financial concerns.
We will then address the differences in approaches between organizations that excel at boosting well-being versus those that do not. We want to understand which well-being practices are most closely associated with perceived success.
Finally, we will report on how participants expect well-being initiatives will evolve in the near future.
