Organizations that excel at high-volume recruiting must successfully address a variety of unique challenges. To learn about how they are able to accomplish this, the HR Research Institute conducted the “State of High-volume and Hourly Hiring 2024” survey and wrote a related report. This webcast will examine the findings from the survey and study. More specifically we’ll discuss topics such as:
- the percentage of today’s organizations that engage in high-volume recruiting
- the approaches they use
- the effectiveness and benefits of high-volume and hourly hiring
- the challenges organizations face
- the tools and metrics associated with high-volume and hourly recruitment
- current trends and future projections
- what organizations that excel in this area tend to do differently
We will start by providing data on the degree to which organizations are engaged in various types of recruitment, including hourly and high-volume hiring practices. Then we will drill down into the specifics of high-volume recruitment. For example, to what degree is it done by internal recruitment staff and by external partners?
We will also look at the challenges, components, and metrics associated with hourly and high-volume recruitment. Additionally, we will discuss candidate assessment tools, including the most commonly used types and the most highly rated features.
Then we will touch on the near-term future of high-volume and hourly recruitment. What trends are expected? What features might change? What will be the role of approaches such as programmatic advertising and tools such as artificial intelligence?
Finally, we will compare the differences between organizations that do high-volume hiring well and those that do not. How do these two cohorts compare in terms of their approaches, attitudes and practices? What seem to be best practices in this area?
