From our Archived Webcasts page, you can also FILTER for whichever types of credits you are seeking your recertification.
You can find your credits by clicking on the profile (top right area of HR.com), and then selecting “View My Credits” from the drop-down menu.
Yes, you can now earn credits from viewing archived webcasts. It’s possible to earn all 60 of your recertification credits through archived webcasts. Typically, only webcasts that are less than 2-years old will still qualify for a credit.
For archived webcasts, did you click “Redeem Credit” after watching the webcast finished playing?
For live webcasts, it takes up to 24 hours for a credit to record, so please sit tight while our team applies the credits to your account. If it has been more than 24 hours, please contact webcasts@hr.com for support.

Free members on HR.com are able to view unlimited webcasts and virtual events each month, BUT, they can only collect up to 5 certification credits. Recertification members have unlimited access to all of our webcasts, AND have the flexibility to earn HRCI or SHRM credits 24/7!
HR.com has been an HRCI approved credit provider for many years, so most of our content (including archives) are HRCI approved. SHRM PDC credits earned with HR.com have to be manually entered by inputting the information requested. The credit hours are the same as posted for HRCI, so if a program qualifies for 1 recertification credit with HRCI, submit for 1 PDC with SHRM.
