    HR.com is Looking for Volunteer Attendants for the InspireHR Conference and Expo

    The future of work is here, and ever-evolving. We are excited to present this year's annual HR event, InspireHR, October 5th to 7th, 2022 in Nashville, Tennessee. This event will be the platform for strategists to share specific ideas and directions and executives to find the partners they need to deliver on the new strategies. We have created an interactive environment for our attendees, suppliers, and sponsors. We look forward to seeing everyone leverage all the networking and business building opportunities. At HR.com, we are all so pleased to be supporting our HR community from Music City, Nashville!

    HR.com is offering a Volunteer Program that will provide opportunities for those hoping to attend and help the event planning team keep the conference running. We are looking to recruit a small team of committed volunteers who are excited to work with our HR.com team at our InspireHR event. Our aim is that volunteers will sign up to work in 4 to 8 hour shifts, and will be able to participate in events both on-shift and off-shift. We are offering a full conference pass for volunteers who commit to a minimum of 8 hours in volunteer shifts during the span of the conference. Volunteers who are interested in being involved but are unable to commit at this time can sign up as an alternate and can be our first call if anyone is unable to fulfill their duties.

    Volunteer at InspireHR and Get a Free Conference Pass!

    HR.com needs volunteers that will act as an extension of the event planning team. Volunteers will help with: Badge checking, room monitoring, providing direction and being a friendly face around the event.

    If you can't afford the registration fee or your company won't support your attendance, you can volunteer the minimum of 8 hours throughout the event by working at least four hours per day to obtain a free pass. You may volunteer for an 8 hour shift for one day if you'd like to attend a full day of the conference. Volunteers are able to attend any session on the day they volunteer and all room attendants can watch the sessions of the rooms they are monitoring. Lunch will be provided for you on days you will be working.

    Volunteers are required to attend an orientation session the day before the event, to receive specific conference instructions, as well as meet HR.com staff and other volunteers.
