The appointment of these roles marks a key moment in Cornerstone's growth journey as it celebrates its 35th anniversary milestone in 2025.
Ron Labin, CRP, SGMS-T, joins as Senior Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing, with more than 20 years' experience driving revenue growth in global mobility, and a mission to propel long-term, sustainable growth at Cornerstone. With a customer-centered focus on marketing, branding, and strategic sales initiatives, he will drive the company's market penetration and brand recognition, ensuring Cornerstone remains competitive in an ever-evolving global marketplace.
Joleen Rhea joins as Vice President, Global Operations, bringing over 25 years of expertise in global mobility and corporate relocation. With a proven history of leading high-performing teams, she will drive strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies across global regions, ensuring the company's ability to scale while delivering consistent excellence worldwide.
In her role, Joleen will work closely with Senior Vice President, Global Operations, Elizabeth Pasiak, CRP, GMS to strengthen operational execution, streamline processes, and drive performance improvements. Her leadership will be instrumental in optimizing service delivery, enhancing team collaboration, and ensuring the company continues to exceed client expectations.
