    Workers believe AI has put much of the responsibility for sharing the risks and possibilities on employers. Only 20% of workers believe they should be educating themselves on how the nature of work is changing, down seven points from 2023.     Employees Look to Companies to Ease Strain of AI


    While more workers feel free to speak freely at work and/or believe they work in an inclusive and diverse environment, the proportion of those who see their companies getting better at making them feel safe has ticked down.
