The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) India organised SHRM HR Excellence Awards Ceremony on 17th October 2024 in New Delhi to recognise organisations that put people first, deliver future-focused excellence in the field of People Management and understand the importance of human capital as a key contributor to business outcomes.

NTPC was the proud recipient of 4 awards in the "PSE Category" of these coveted awards.

Shri Anil Kumar Jadli, Director (HR) along with other senior officials received the awards on behalf of NTPC.

NTPC won the maximum number of 4 awards at the SHRM Awards in the PSE category.

NTPC bagged the following Awards:

The SHRM HR Excellence Awards honour the pioneering initiatives and are evaluated by an eminent Jury. The awards are an outcome of NTPC's "People before PLF" approach which is the guiding philosophy behind the entire gamut of HR policies at NTPC.
