    Analyst Insight: Ready for Anything – How Skills Drive Organizational Resilience


    Whether facing technological disruptions, global crises, or unforeseen challenges, organizational resilience is vital to maintaining a competitive edge. At the heart of organizational resilience lies the adaptability and versatility of the workforce. As technologies evolve, market demands fluctuate, and industries transform, businesses need more skilled and agile employees to avoid falling behind.

    As part of 3Sixty’s analysis, we will explore how organizations identify skills gaps within their workforce and what strategic tactics they use to reskill and upskill employees once skills gaps have been identified. We hope it will equip business leaders with insights and tools to build adaptable and agile workforces that thrive in times of disruption and uncertainty.
    Through interviews with Fuel50 customers, we aim to underscore the relationship between skills and organizational resilience.
