Experienced Senior Client Partner brings deep domain and consulting experience combined with digital transformation expertise to Celerity.

Celerity, the premium advisory services arm of the Randstad Technologies Group dedicated to helping businesses efficiently respond to change, today announced Jack Leach as Senior Client Partner and Financial Services Vertical Leader. Leach brings more than 25 years of experience architecting and implementing business strategies and digital transformation efforts to his new position at Celerity.
 
As Senior Client Partner, Leach establishes and executes Celerity’s sales and growth plan in the pursuit of its overall strategic business objectives. He also manages key banking and financial services relationships and advises its clients on relevant industry and technology trends.
 
Having worked in 25+ different banking and financial service environments for the largest institutions as both an employee and consultant, Jack has been on both sides of the sector bringing to Celerity a deep domain knowledge of banking and financial services as well as an adept understanding of the relevant consulting capabilities that can drive change within the industry,” said Celerity President and Chief Client Officer Curt Schwab. “We are thrilled to welcome him to the Celerity team and look forward to the impact he will bring to our clients.”
 
Leach started his career at Bank of America as a Commercial and Corporate banking lender and relationship manager. His experience includes consulting leadership roles at Deloitte and most recently within the domain and consulting group of Wipro/Capco. He brings a unique combination of industry and consulting experience working for and with top banks and financial institutions within the US, Canada, and Europe. His experience in financial services includes the front, middle and back-office environments across Commercial and Small Business banking, Treasury Management, Deposits, Retail Banking, Payments and Securities and Capital markets.
