Arlington Resources, an industry leader in the recruitment of Human Resources Professionals for direct hire and contract placements, marks its 25th anniversary year. Founded on August 14 in 1997 by Patricia Casey as a Chicago-based, "boutique style" talent acquisition and staffing firm for Human Resources professionals, the company has worked with thousands of companies and job candidates over the years. Throughout 25 years in business, quite a bit has changed, including workforce fluctuations, recruiting technologies and employment law. One thing has remained constant since Arlington Resources’ inception: helping people connect with its service-oriented approach and work environment where employees care for each other and the community at large.
As part of the 25th anniversary, the company is furthering its commitment to the community with a call to community service. At the end of August, Arlington Resources will make a donation to two local charities it supports: The Humanitarian Service Project in Carol Stream and Northwest Compass in Mt. Prospect. The community support will continue throughout the year as Arlington will challenge its employees and associates to volunteer hours of service in their local communities.
