    Hypnotherapy can help resolve many emotional issues. Hypnotherapy can help with anxiety, stress, fear, anger and panic attacks. Research has also shown how it can be used to help in dealing with other health issues like weight loss addiction and stop smoking.



    Marriage Guidance / Relationship Counselling
    People can feel very stuck or lost when they have tried to make their relationship work and feel that getting through to their partner seems hopeless.

    When most people talk about substance abuse, they are referring to the use of illegal drugs or alcohol or other substances. These can be harmful to the body and mind.

    Those struggling with addiction are also usually suffering other emotional health disorders. Disorders like anxiety, stress, depression or phobia’s are common place.

    Anxiety Treatment
    Anxiety disorders are much more than just nerves or worrying. Many people with this disorders understand that their thoughts are irrational. They struggle to control them.

    It’s normal to feel a higher levels at times. When preparing for a special event or exam or when in an unfamiliar situations, such as a new job. This is quite normal as a certain amount is needed for you to perform well and do your best. However It requires professional help when high levels of remain present and it become a problem.

    This is when these anxious feelings can stop you from enjoying your life. They limit you in your career and life choices and stop you sleeping and relaxing.

    High levels can cause actual physical symptoms resulting in illness if they are allowed to get out of hand. It can show up in our lives in different ways and is often gives feelings of fear and worry. It can also lead to other problems like Panic attacks, fear, and sleep disorders.


    Mindfulness
    Mindfulness is the ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us in our day to day life.

    Whenever you bring awareness to what you’re directly experiencing via your senses, or to your state of mind via your thoughts and emotions, you’re being mindful. And there’s growing research showing that when you train your brain to be mindful, you’re actually remodeling the physical structure of your brain.
