A Chicago native, Ricardo has spent the last two decades of his career in the healthcare industry working for companies such as GE Capital, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and most recently, at Marvel Citizen. Johnson’s diverse background across a wide variety of sectors has positioned him at the helm of executing strategic transformation and accelerated growth for multiple high-profile clients. Ricardo also has a deep passion for diversity and inclusion, empowering people of all backgrounds with equitable resources. As an advocate for developing shared language with Listeners on Call for employees, Ricardo is working to connect companies and employees in a unique manner.

As Chief Commercial Officer, Johnson will focus on nurturing Listeners On Call’s sales, client success, and strategic relationships to further bolster bonds between partners and decision makers in driving Listener On Call’s mission to expand partnerships with enterprise and business organizations. He aims to help businesses equip employees with access to a behavioral health resource that is a first step before other interventions, and that works in tandem with existing EAPs.
