Recognising the potential financial impact of the prolonged pandemic in India, Marsh McLennan has set up a “COVID India Support Fund,” which offers financial assistance for colleagues who incur hardship costs related to the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to the support fund, Marsh McLennan India is also providing salary advances to assist colleagues with their immediate financial needs.
The company has also set up a corporate vaccination program for employees and their families, offering onsite, complimentary vaccinations, or covering the cost of vaccination through reimbursements.

In addition, Marsh McLennan India has sourced medical supplies and oxygen concentrators to offer relief to affected colleagues and their families in times of shortage. It has also created an emergency helpline for colleagues who require medical support and help with resources, leads and information regarding hospital bed availability, oxygen concentrators, plasma requests, ambulances and tiffin services.
