The pandemic, especially COVID’s second wave has reiterated the importance of employee empathy with regards to the physical as well as mental wellbeing.

The company has an employee strength of 400 individuals and the multiple initiatives announced are aimed at extending support to each one of them, who are impacted by covid. The relief measures are designed to cover the entire patient journey providing homecare cover, insurance benefits, and support with consultation, diagnostics and medicines

Brief on the benefits for the employees:  

• Homecare cover: U GRO Capital understands that the home care may be equally expensive and burdening for the employees. With this view in mind, the company has introduced domiciliary coverage for its employees. All home care expenses related to COVID shall be covered upto 30,000. Expenses including doctor consultation charges, diagnostic tests and medicines will be covered upto INR 30,000.
• Insurance: Hospitalisation expenses cover for all employees upto the sum insured in case of hospitalization due to Covid-19. Insurance cover and expenses would be applicable to employees and their families.
• Teleconsultation initiative: For covid-hit employees and their families, access will be provisioned to unlimited consultation (available in 9 regional languages), with General physician, Dietician, Gynaecologist and Paediatrician.
