One of the West Midlands' leading HR consultancies, Clover HR, is teaming up with the Institute of Coding to host a special digital skills seminar specifically for care home owners and managers.
The “Digital Transformation and HR Best Practice in the Health Care Sector” seminar will provide visitors with an understanding of the digital skills training available and how the team at the Institute can help their business. In addition, there will be an Innovation Showcase where attendees will hear from health tech start-up businesses that the institute have been working with to embed technology into their business and the health care sector.
The Institute of Coding is a £40m government project designed to support digital transformation in a number of industries, including the health care sector. A consortium of more than 60 universities, businesses and industry experts, the initiative aims to equip people of all ages with the digital skills they need to thrive at work.
Clover HR is proud to offer bespoke HR and Coaching solutions to a diverse range of businesses including nursing homes and care homes. During the seminar, Managing Director of Clover HR - Michael Doolin - will highlight the benefits that clients gain from working with the consultancy. A representative from one of their care sector clients will then discuss best practices for running a care home and detail how Clover HR has helped them in ensuring their establishments are staffed effectively, maximising the skills and diversity of their staff and thus increasing their CQC status so that clients and relatives want to choose them as their care provider.

The event is due to take place at Hogarths Hotel in Solihull from 12:30pm to 3pm on Friday 29 November 2019 and will include afternoon tea for all attendees.
