Penn State Health Will Share How Partnership with HALO for PAWS UP! Program Has Helped Build a Culture of Recognition
HALO Recognition, the leading provider of employee recognition, rewards, and incentives, today announced that Jeffrey Fina, HALO Recognition’s Chief Customer Officer, and Vincent Greco, Senior HR Consultant for Penn State Health, will co-present at the 2019 Recognition Professionals International (RPI) Experience Conference in Atlanta, Ga., taking place April 9-11.
The duo will discuss employee engagement trends in healthcare and how these trends impact organizational culture. Greco will share how Penn State Health's PAWS UP! Program, supported by HALO Recognition, is helping the health system build a culture of recognition and drive employee engagement.
“The healthcare industry has a well-documented labor shortage and high stress work environment,” said Jeffrey Fina, Chief Customer Officer, HALO Recognition. “Penn State Health’s PAWS UP! program is a great example of the impact a modern total rewards program can have on mitigating those factors.”
PAWS UP! is a total rewards strategy that encompasses rewards, recognition and appreciation to reinforce Penn State Health’s RITE Values (Respect, Integrity, Teamwork and Excellence) among its nearly 15,000 employees.
