Fred has 20 years of experience in planning and development consulting, with specialization in zoning entitlements, land use and comprehensive community planning, master site design and public outreach. Fred brings experience in both the public and private sectors of Southwest Florida, as well as project management and team leadership. Fred has a master's degree in urban and regional planning from the University of Pittsburgh and is a certified planner with the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).
