So how does it feel to win this cool award?
I am delighted to be recognized as Super Advocate of the Month. I have been involved actively in all the challenges in the last few months and it feels special when I was chosen for this esteemed award for the Hub which interests me immensely.
What do you like about the Oracle HCM Cloud Hub?
A little bit of fun and a little bit of learning. The Hub encourages everyone to learn and share information, in a fun way. It provides rewards in terms of points which is motivating.
It is inspiring to hear about the success stories of customers as there are always key takeaways, and broadens your understanding of the product. The portal is built intuitively and there isn’t a day where I don’t land in here.
Which challenges do you like the most, and which would you like to see more of?
Challenges involving insights into a success and transformational stories are the ones I love. I also would like the occasional challenges asking “What makes you happy” which makes me introspect about myself in the fast pacing tech jobs.
I would like to see more stories and case studies about how customers came across a major roadblocks and how they have circumvent the problem with an innovative solution.
Can you share your experiences with Oracle HCM Cloud solutions?
I have been working on Oracle Solutions for the last 15 years, and on Cloud for the last 5 years. I implemented various modules in HR for over 15 clients.
I am impressed how well the product is evolving with new features being added every release. The product is easy to navigate and flexible. My favorites are personalization, reporting, and security.
