Rapidly expanding technology modernization consultancy to add a dozen positions by year-end

Prime TSR, a Chicago-based technology modernization consultancy, today announced that Lynda Weiss has joined the company as director of talent acquisition, a move that will help fulfill the company’s aggressive hiring initiative, which includes plans to double in size this year to more than 70 employees.

With over 30 years of professional experience and 20 as a recruiter, Weiss’ immediate focus will be recruiting top-tier tech talent for more than a dozen open positions including cloud and solution architects. The new team members will develop sophisticated platforms and solutions around infrastructure, operations and integration for world-class clients in professional services, financial services, insurance, healthcare, legal, manufacturing, distribution and logistics.

Weiss joins Prime TSR from Netrix LLC where she was the national recruiting manager leading staffing engineering and sales and operations, in addition to supporting and training the company’s new overseas recruiting team. Her decades of experience has included search industry sales, recruiting, and corporate staffing roles as well as independent recruiting successes focused in the technology industry.
