The latest features of the software will not only help HR staff track employee time-off efficiently but also enables easy tracking of employee worked hours, budgets, expenses, and more.

The robust software enables managers to create performance driven development plans for individuals or teams based on real-time data.

Goal Management

Users can configure reminders for KPI due dates and define email notifications.

Managers can schedule goal meetings for employees to keep thing on track.

Email notifications are sent to employees and managers when goal meetings are scheduled.

The solution allows employees to send requests for others to provide feedback for KPIs.

A list of planned meetings are made available to HR managers/team leads when scheduling a goal meeting. Goal reminder notifications are sent along with an .ics file for Outlook calendars.

Time management

When applying for time-off, the solution allows employees to edit the required time off hours apply for more than the defined shift hours, and partial time-off.

The Rolling 7 day time off report now displays the timeoffs that are sent for approval.
Employees who have the privilege to view/edit timesheets can now view/edit the timesheets of upcoming pay periods.
