Through Exclusive Post-Candidate Selection Steps

These newest enhancements allow customers to easily manage the more complex aspects of assessing selected employees in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). There are numerous ways that assessments can be improved. For example, Acendre Recruitment now allows:
- agencies to easily extend tentative offers to job candidates
- candidate acceptance of job offers through the Acendre Recruitment Candidate Portal

Importantly, these flexible post-selection steps can even be used to extend the hiring capabilities of legacy federal hiring tools. With this capability, agencies can choose to quickly enhance their existing legacy software as a prelude to migrating all their high-impact hiring to a more secure, modern, cloud-based system that supports complex hiring in a way legacy tools don’t.
