Elli Morii, a leading global finance executive has joined HR technology and employee engagement specialist, Reward Gateway, as its new chief financial officer. Morii, who is based in London, joins Reward Gateway to lead the company’s global financial and systems operations strategy as it continues its international growth and expansion.

Morii brings her strong track record of international expansion, post-acquisition integration, and building businesses for scale to help the employee engagement company continue its award-winning growth. These skills have been honed through years of work across a variety of high-growth businesses including MP & Silva, Quipper and Third Bridge (formerly Cognolink).

The appointment follows Reward Gateway’s recent acquisitions of Brand Integrity, the US-based employee recognition and engagement company, and UK payroll deduction company, Clarkwood Enterprises. These acquisitions added a number of world class brands to its already 1,800 strong list of global clients, and added to the company’s recognition and benefits offerings. Since its founding 11 years ago, Reward Gateway has become one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing employee engagement software businesses.
