Well-established Human Resources (“HR”) executive Jennifer Martinez today announced the official launch of Las Vegas-based Consult HR Partners, a company focused on providing strategic and operational HR outsourcing services and solutions for businesses of all sizes.
Martinez is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Consult HR Partners. This new women-owned business is a boutique firm dedicated to offering a host of HR services, including:

Consult HR Partners has the experience to cross-over in all industries, including public and private-sector businesses in the gaming, hospitality, medical, not-for-profit, and city government sectors.
Consult HR Partners also provides start-up HR support for companies without dedicated HR staff, including audits, employment practices, compliance training, consultation, and recommendations on all HR services and solutions for workforce and payroll management.

Martinez is a strategic and hands-on senior HR leader with more than two decades of global and diversified operational experience leading HR initiatives, departments, and programs for both publicly traded and private equity-owned companies.
She most recently served as the Global Vice President, Corporate Human Resources for Scientific Games, and before that, as Vice President, Human Resources and Executive Management Board Member with Konami Gaming, Inc. Earlier in her career, Martinez served as Vice President, Human Resources for Aristocrat Technologies, Inc. and held various HR leadership roles with Caesars Entertainment, including opening several new casino-resorts.
Martinez said, “I have personally led HR transformation for companies that were start-ups, fast-growing, and undergoing extensive merger and acquisition activity. Martinez earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, and a Master of Science degree in Organization Leadership. She was named a “Great Women of Gaming – Proven Leader” in 2004 by Casino Enterprise Management magazine and has been an active member of the Southern Nevada Human Resources Association Board of Directors. She recently served a three-year term as a Board member for the Southern Nevada Chapter of the American Red Cross.
