Applications of artificial intelligence in the field of human resources
- Before going into examples of specific applications, we must bear in mind that artificial intelligence and other technological revolutions will completely change the field of human resources. New competence profiles will be needed, related to the learning of computer systems, with predictive systems and with the management of algorithms.
