To save their positions intact middle Mgmt causes harm to major groups for their extinction points in brief for top management to open their blind folded eyes.

1. They try to demoralize the intelligent employees as they may become threat to them.

2. Castigated, regionalism, political thoughts with which these Middle Mgmt takes decisions are dangerous to the Groups and organisations.

3.Seniors are subjected to harassment  and juniors are encouraged with all facilities and projected with malafide intention and misinform the HRM and top management about the seniors.

4.In print and electronic media and other organizations this is seen as a threat in long run of the health of the organisations.

5.Middle mgmt violates all norms and rules in pvt organisations to favour their hench men by using mis campaigns and conspitated harassement of seniors.

6.HRM and Top Mgmt should be vigilant and open their eyes to check this middle management conspiracies and should save the good charactered employees.
