    Running a business is no easy task especially if you have a relatively large staff. Responding to HR issues in the appropriate way should be done as it could cause legal trouble if someone is not properly reprimanded for something. Having policies in place for each type of HR issue is important. There are options where some companies outsource their HR departments but this is not always an option.
