is a tool conveniently available to employees and job seekers 24/7. A unique tool, CareerWow helps
individuals prepare for career growth conversations with their managers, develop career path options and prepare for new opportunities. Individuals are coached through specific modules that walk the user through various aspects of career focus, search and interview preparation.

Developed via a Learning Management Systems (LMS) platform, users are able to access the tool from
the convenience of their home or office. Completely private and confidential, users can choose what
information, if any, they wish to share with their manager.
