as per the title of the discussion, I would like to share here a Start-up project I am currently working on for your feedbacks/suggestions.
Our vision is to set up an online marketplace that connects HR professionals - and line managers - with third party providers of HR-related services (from recruitment agencies to freelancer trainers).

The main aims are to:
(1) support HR professionals in researching providers by creating a structured HRservices aggregator
(2) improve research accuracy, efficiency and transparency
(3) offer a window for niche providers to promote their services.

The portal would be divided into content areas -e.g. recruitment, training, legal etc.- and in each area you would find a list of certified providers. The search would be review-based, allowing an accurate match of HR manager's needs with the services offer. Short description of past projects and business cases will be included.

I would like to ask whether:
(1) You would use such a tool? Why?
(2) Such a tool could potentially solve a problem you may have related to the procurement of HR services? If yes, which one? If not, why?
(3) You would be willing to pay a minimum fee for this service?

We are very much looking for feedbacks and we would be happy to share the full project and discuss it further with anyone interested!
