My name is Jaime Farrell and I am completing research for my dissertation through Northcentral University.  My research is focusing on the Employment Non-Discrimination Act.  This is a law that has not passed yet.  Participation is voluntarily but will be limited to HR professionals who are managers or above.  The survey will take between 15-30 minutes to complete.
