    Human Resource Management can be described as employee management which has an emphasis on those employees who are assets of the business. In this context, employees are also referred as human capital.     An HR Manager is one of the very important components of the employees’ working life with tasks such as hiring and onboarding to tending to the daily rues of employees’ working life.     •       Organization-
