Mark Kelton, Former Deputy Director for Counterintelligence of the CIA’s National Clandestine Service, has joined the Annapolis-based competitive intelligence and technology consulting firm Cipher Systems LLC. As the new Director of Insider Threat Solutions, Mr. Kelton will work with public and private sector clients to establish, improve and certify their Insider Threat programs.

Mr. Kelton recently retired from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) after 34 years in intelligence operations. He has unmatched expertise in the deterrence and detection of insider threats, assessments of counterintelligence risk, and crisis management.
