• Click the menu-File-New Document-More Categories-Connect to Microsoft Office Online- Certificates / template "Business Award Certificates" / "Certificate of recognition for the administrative professional" / Download. You will obtain an award certificate template.
• The certificate template consists of a logo template, frame, background, and some texts.
• You can insert the logo from your folder, of course adjusted in advance with a capacity of the template you use.
Mail Merge
• Create a new file containing a variety of data of certificate recipients. Once done, combine the data with your targeted document.

• Click menu-Mailings-Select Recipients-Use Existing List-Find the data of certificate recipients-open.
