By gathering the information and conducting analysis, MyFitnessPal found that it takes 200 outbound emails to make a single engineering hire. During this webinar, hosted by Greenhouse in partnership with Entelo, Leslie Dutton, senior manager, Talent Acquisition at Under Armour, will explain how the company used data to help build the foundation of the recruiting program for MyFitnessPal.

Drawing on this experience, Dutton will explain which metrics recruiters should be tracking as well as how to make sense of all the data. In addition, she’ll consider the benefits of personalization and share tips to help align recruiting strategies with the product roadmap to ensure the entire process is working to drive business success.
