•How do I know employees are clocking in from the location they are supposed to be?
Acumen Data Systems uses Geo fencing and stamping to ensure employees are in the right place at the right time. By creating a longitude and latitude perimeter, Acumen can capture the location of employee transactions and even restrict employee transactions to anything outside the perimeter.
•Can one employee CLOCK-IN another employee from the same device?
No. Acumen Data Systems can assign a user ID and password specific to a device by using the IP address of the device to recognize the employee.
•What happens if my employees are in a no cell service zone?
Transactions are time stamped and saved to the employee devices until a connection is re-established.
•What if I have some employees that do not own smartphone or they forget or lose their smart phone?
Acumen Data Systems offers several data collection methods, all of which can be bundles within the same system.
