    Tip #1: Boost productivity with healthy office snacks

    Office employees tend to reach for the nearest and easiest food item at work, which in most cases tends to be junk food. However, such starchy and sugary snacks only provide a temporary energy boost, and employees soon find themselves lacking later on, bringing productivity to a grinding halt.
