In her role, Ms. Bruder uses her proven skills in human resources, management and communications to ensure that Pentair fully maximizes on its workforce productivity. She has consistently demonstrated her keen ability to acquire exceptional talent and unwavering dedication to fostering a productive and supportive environment for Pentair’s employees.
Ms. Bruder received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Northern Iowa. Outside of her successful career at Pentair, she is a devoted supporter of several charitable organizations, including United Way.
