    Integration with Pre-Hire 360® Improves Recruiter Workflow and Increases Access to Detailed Insight on Candidates

    SkillSurvey, the leading provider of hiring solutions that address critical points in the talent lifecycle and the premier provider of online automated reference checking, today announced that its flagship Pre-Hire 360® reference-checking solution has now been integrated with ten leading Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to allow recruiters to easily deploy Pre-Hire 360® reference checks as part of their applicant management process.
    “When you make it easy for recruiters to initiate the Pre-Hire 360® process from the same ATS system they use every day to manage the hiring process, you can drive more consistent and thorough reference checking which leads to improved hiring decisions,” said Ray Bixler, CEO of SkillSurvey. “With more streamlined processes, we’re ensuring that companies can get critical insights on candidates earlier in the hiring journey, presented in easy-to-read reports that can be shared with interviewers or hiring decision-makers.”
    Through simple, API-driven integration, a reference check can be initiated directly from the ATS as soon as a recruiter concludes an initial phone screen—or at any point in the hiring process. Recruiters log into a single system and thus do their work more efficiently. This helps make reference checks become a consistent part of the hiring process and workflow. And, important candidate information is captured in the ATS for easier onboarding.
    Once the hiring company initiates the process, candidates are sent an email containing a link to enter the contact information of their references. The references are then sent an email containing a link to a job-specific survey to complete based on their observation of the candidate’s past work performance. Typically, 4 to 5 references complete the surveys.
    Pre-Hire 360 delivers email updates to recruiters who can also log into their ATS to see status updates and finalize and share feedback reports with hiring managers. On average, detailed candidate feedback is available within 2 business days. Candidates and references can use mobile devices to fully complete the reference check process, which further speeds the hiring process.
