Chestnut Global Partner's Workplace Outcome Suite Included in CORE Net, Validated Measurement Platform for UK's Mental Health Service Providers
CORE Net, a mental health outcomes program developed in the UK by CORE IMS Ltd., adds the Workplace Outcome Suite (WOS), a tool that scientifically measures the effects of employee assistance and health coaching programs on absenteeism, presenteeism, work engagement, life satisfaction and workplace distress.
Bloomington, IL — April 16, 2015 — Chestnut Global Partners (CGP), a provider of culturally-aware employee assistance and wellness programs to companies worldwide, today announced that its Workplace Outcome Suite (WOS) will be included in CORE Net, a platform developed in the UK by CORE IMS Ltd. that offers validated and reliable measurement tools for mental health service providers. The Workplace Outcomes Suite (WOS) is now in use by over 400 organizations, enabling them to scientifically measure the workplace effects of their employee assistance (EAP) and Health Coaching programs with respect to their impact on absenteeism, presenteeism, work engagement, life satisfaction and workplace distress.
CORE Net is an innovative, secure and simple to use, web based system. CORE Net makes it easy to collect client reported outcome measures and to use this client information to manage therapeutic outcomes. There is a choice of over 30 high quality, highly regarded measures available, now including the WOS-25 and WOS-5 which will help to provide a robust evidence base for workplace sector services. CORE Net is currently used by over 5,000 therapists in the UK and Europe. By adding the WOS to CORE Net, these 5,000 plus therapists can broaden beyond the measurement of clinical outcomes and now include outcomes related to the workplace.
