MINNEAPOLIS, MN--(Marketwired - February 18, 2015) - Ceridian announces the launch of a new LifeWorks offering: Telephonic Life Coaching. The Life Coaching program provides guidance, by master's level consultants with disciplines in social work, counseling and psychology. The coaches are trained by The Institute for Life Coach Training and are Board Certified by the Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE). Coaches help individuals through life transitions, to achieve personal goals and create a plan for future accomplishments.

Ceridian Life Coaches work with motivated individuals over the phone in a series of coaching sessions. During these sessions, coaches are focused on working closely with individuals to help them overcome obstacles and move forward. Life Coaching sessions may deal with the following topics: adjusting to situations, achieving personal goals, planning for career growth or a new career path or handling workplace issues.
