New study on labour shortages in Canada coming Thursday, July 31

Thursday, July 31, the Fraser Institute will release a new study by Philip Cross, former chief economic analyst for Statistics Canada, looking at labour shortages across Canada.
The study, Do Labour Shortages Exist in Canada?, examines the effect of labour shortages on certain parts of the country, and the reaction from employers.
