Do Employees Know What Your Company Stands for? At Most Organizations, the Answer Is No.

Here’s a statistic that might just blow your mind: just 41% of employees in the American workforce feel they know what their company stands for and what differentiates its brand from competitors’ brands.
That little piece of unhappy news comes from Gallup's 2013 State of the American Workplace report. And it means that we’re facing a widespread cultural disconnect and a leadership failure.
