A timely article came accross my email that I wanted to share with you from #Ceridian today entitled "3 ways gamification helps retain talented employees".
They point out that employers are facing challenges on how to keep employees engaged especially when most companies have employees from 4 generations who all have different work values.
The basic premise is that gamification uses positive reinforcement to encourage learning and the end result is the process keeps employees interested on the goal. The end result is better training, higher morale and more retention.
