I know they project the cost increase in salary would actually be in the billions! Being forced to pay on higher end in the retail, might mean that it would attract the best of the best in the retails space. Do you think it could translate into quality service and a better overall shopping experience? The answer has to be yes, but how much of the salary gap would be made up? What a recruiter dream, great retention and attraction tool for a company that struggles with finding good talent.[/font]
