    24 Hrs. Attendance Management
    24 Hrs. attendance management software helps in keeping track of the attendance of employees based on various events like shift, late, overtime, week off, holiday working, on duty etc. 24 hrs. Is tightly integrated with HR data, leaves and payroll where the leave management can be offline or online.

    Features:
    1. Auto downloads of data without manual intervention from our machine reader or directly from the database of third party device vendor.
    2. Auto email to respective managers and business heads in the beginning of every shift of absenteeism, late, permissions and on-duty on a daily basis without any manual intervention.
    3. Online synchronization of multi-branch attendance data.
    4. Graphical charts on absenteeism, on-duty, overtime, late, etc

    Payroll Management:
    Payroll is one of the complicated activities in business environment. Crystal helps to automate the payroll process to help the companies to comply with the statutory requirements and to generate timely and accurate reports pertaining to payroll and HR thereby enabling better utilization of manpower resources.

    Online Leave Management
    Leaves can be dynamically defined and the rules associated with the leave type can be defined as per the company's policy. Employee can apply for leave online and submit for manager's approval.
    Leave can be cancelled either by an employee or by a manager after approval. HR can enter the leave details of an employee who takes oral approval. HR can assign alternate manager for a manager who is on leave or who has left the organization.

    Email alerts are provided for leave approval, cancellation and rejection. HR can get CC mail for every leave approved by any manager. Data pertaining to attendance device can be integrated to this application for the employees and managers to see the daily in-time, out-time, late, permissions, on-duty, excess stay. Reports pertaining to leave can be seen based on role as an employee, manager or HR.

    Performance Appraisal
    KRAs can be defined dynamically for an employee along with rating for a period. The employee can provide his rating based on his perceived performance. The manager would be able to view his employee's rating and would be able to provide his rating on various KRAs. The manager would be able to recommend promotion or training needs for an employee. The reviewer would be able to view an employee's and manager's rating. Reviewer can either accept or reject recommendations of a manager. Various reports pertaining to the application can be viewed by the respective stakeholders.

    Training Management
    HR can set the training program for a given period with associated budgets for various departments. An employee can view the training calendar and select the required training topic and send it to his manager for approval. If the manager approves his request he can attend the specific training topic. Feedback form needs to be filled in by an employee on the training program. HR can record the costs pertaining to every training program and compare it with the available budget. Various reports pertaining to the training management can be generated by the respective stakeholders.
