    University recruiting through online mentoring


    We are happy to announce our innovative new product for university recruiters. University recruiting involves time consuming process of weeding out resumes to find the best talent and sometime unfit hires can prove costly to the bottom line. Using our online mentoring software, university recruiters can find the best talent without taking the risk of hiring someone not fit for the company or the role.

    Using our software, university recruiters can set up an online mentoring program for students whose resumes are received from different channels for various roles but not yet interviewed for the role. The mentors can be hiring managers who are looking to hire currently or sometime in the future. Students from various universities can ask questions (get mentored) to the hiring managers and hiring managers can better gauge the student skills during this process. When the managers are ready to hire, they can already pin point to few eligible candidates identified during mentoring process and set up interviews. This way managers can find talent better suited to the roles and culture of the company. Students whether they are hired or not get mentored in the process and get an understanding of the professional world.
