History
Founder John McKee has been an outspoken advocate of coaching for nearly a quarter of a century, first becoming involved with coaching in 1988 (before there was an actual ‘coaching industry’). At that time, he received his first training in the benefits and advantages coaching could provide for others as well as for himself.

One of the founding senior executives of DIRECTV, where he was recruited to head up Canada, McKee has also hired, promoted, laid off and fired thousands of individuals over the course of his career. With experience in boardrooms across many industries, he has a solid insight into the issues and behaviors affecting performance.

In 2001, McKee launched The Business Success Coach Network as a coaching practice focused on the needs of individuals in businesses and organizations. That has grown into an international network with 52 Associate Coaches, each of whom is an experienced and/or certified local business person. His goal was to develop an international association of certified and experienced coaches who knew how to deal with global issues on a local level.
