    Trupp HR hires Stephanie Gillett as new HR Business Partner


    Portland, Oregon – July 18, 2012 – Trupp HR, Inc., a human resources solutions company, is pleased to announce the recent hire of Stephanie Gillett, who will join the Trupp HR team as an HR Business Partner. In this role, Stephanie will function as a dedicated representative to clients of Trupp’s HR Outsourcing (HRO) services as well as contributing to other client support programs for Trupp HR. Stephanie’s proven background promoting human resources programs and employee confidence, navigating HR responsibilities through a corporate merger, and developing HRIS will add to the current success of Trupp HR’s HRO offering.

    Stephanie joins Trupp HR as a certified PHR with nearly a decade of experience serving the Salt Lake City, UT and Portland OR, business communities in business administration, accounting and as an HR Generalist in a variety of leadership roles with responsibilities covering recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, HRIS, compliance and process improvement. Stephanie has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resource Management. She served as VP of External Relations for PSU Human Resource Management Association and volunteered with nonprofit organizations such as PAVE New Avenues for Youth, where she assisted Portland area youth to develop skills for finding gainful employment.
