The presentation, entitled “Viewing Contact Centers as An Investment in Growth” was delivered by Hyatt Legal Plans’ Director of Client Services Christopher Tomsa and Client Service Supervisor James Grimes to over 1,000 industry professionals.
Hyatt Legal Plans’ Customer Service Center is the recipient of numerous industry awards, including the Stevie American and International Business Awards, Call Center Excellence Award and the Smart Business World Class Customer Service Award. The company’s Call Center Week presentation revealed the major strategic components of building and maintaining a world-class customer service center.
