This is also a strong believe that most of the employees are not satisfied with the ways of their performance appraisal. The traditional ways to asses the performance of your employees are through the appraisal from juniors for seniors’ assessment and from seniors to juniors’ assessment. People have many questions about this process ie, Junior will not satisfied with his boss and boss can do mistake to show you the real picture of the performance of his junior due to personal likings and disliking.

Recently a survey has been conducted by a world famous organization and according to that survey some details are as under,
• Only 25% and was reviewing the performance of more than once a year
• 18% were only reactions to give a semi-annual
• 7% receive monthly reviews
• 22% said they did not review
• 24% of its annual review, more than anything else was afraid

If I will give my opinion on the above mentioned details, the human resources departments which are falling in the category of 25%,7%, or some how 18% percent are doing better job but the category of 22% and 24 % are total unfair.
It is in common observation that ,those human resources departments which are focusing on the operational activities and have a latest human recourses soft wear ,are performing well because in this way you have the maximum details of the performance of your employees i.e,Human resources is paying the commission on completion of targets, Human resource is observing the change in over all performance by adding or cutting the staff from the departments and using some other tools to asses the performance instead of conducting a simple performance appraisal one or twice in a year.
